Today the issue of teaching profession is of great importance in our lives, because in the beginning of our training we realize the limited information handle and the long period we have been directly involved in different perspective this issue; of this argument the following questions arise: What is
teaching profession?
what society can reasonably expect of teachers? What demands
formulate realistic about it?
What counterpart can expect to receive (working conditions, social status)?
Who can be a good teacher or professor, and find that person, such as to form and maintain their motivation and the quality of your teaching?
These are questions that face us today and as future teachers try to find answers to the development of this work.
The teacher is an irreplaceable agent in the process of teaching and which knowledge can be acquired in various ways, but not in the same way and this is where the teacher is the developer of reflection and learning.
The work of teaching is not only convey information but also promote the development of personality (while respecting their autonomy), formation of judgments and sense of responsibility on the student as part of an educational nature in addition to the development of critical sense and transmission of a taste for study. All this is possible with teachers with the intellectual and human qualities.
